There is nothing better than those nervous farts on the way to leg day. - And its always better to hit your legs hard as you can and feel the pain the next day. No I am not crazy, seriously I AM NOT. I just love leg day now (when I get a good pump). It has really helped me gain a better deadlift and bench. - Certain rules if your'e trying to improve your leg day. 1️⃣ Form is the law - Fuck the weight focus on form. 2️⃣ Increase the weight in time - Don't just load it for the sake, listen to you body and load in good time. 3️⃣ Don't be afraid to go heavy - I just said listen to your body but at times you need to shock your body. So place the safety rails a lot higher and focus on squatting heavy for a short distance to build your strength an confidence. Then when you become confident lower the guards a little. Born and raised in the Southeastern United States, Turner renounced her American citizenship after obtaining Swiss citizenship in 2013. - She began her career in 1958 as a featured singer with Ike Turner's Kings of Rhythm, first recording under the name "Little Ann”. Her introduction to the public as Tina Turner began in 1960 as a member of the Ike & Tina Turner Revue.Success followed with a string of notable hits credited to the duo, including "A Fool in Love", "River Deep – Mountain High" (1966), "Proud Mary" (1971), and "Nutbush City Limits" (1973), a song that she wrote. In her autobiography, I, Tina (1986), she revealed several instances of severe domestic abuse against her by Ike Turner prior to their 1976 split and subsequent 1978 divorce. - After her divorce from Ike Turner, she rebuilt her career through live performances. Flex Friday goes to Eddie Hall. Hall is a former English professional strongman, notable for being the current World's Strongest Man and the only man to deadlift 500 kg under strongman rules. He has also won on multiple occasions both the UK's Strongest Man and England's Strongest Man titles. He is the 2017 World's Strongest Man and the current world record holder in the deadlift with straps. - In 2014, Hall reached the final for the first time, coming second in the Squat Lift event and ultimately finishing 6th. In March 2015, Hall achieved the world record for lifting the weight of 462 kilograms (1,019 lb; 72.8 st) in the deadlift. The record was achieved at the Arnold Classic in Australia, and Arnold Schwarzenegger was present to cheer him on. He promptly broke his own record at the World Deadlift Championships 2015, with a 463 kilograms (1,021 lb; 72.9 st) deadlift. - In 2015 he also finished 4th at the World's Strongest Man, an improvement of two places on the previous year. In March 2016, he achieved a new world record long bar deadlift in the Arnold Classic Strongman, by lifting 465 kilograms (1,025 lb). - In December 2015 a feature documentary about Hall, titled Eddie - Strongman, was released. The film, directed by Matt Bell and produced by Tom Swanston, follows Hall for two years of his life as he strives to become the strongest man in the world. - In July 2016 Hall set a new world record in the deadlift with a lift of 500 kilograms (1,100 lb), besting the world record he had previously set at 465 kilograms (1,025 lb) earlier that same day. The 500 kg lift made Hall pass out.
