Cusco has been racing and rallying since 1977 and Toyota Corolla, Celica, Nissan GTR, Fairlady Z were all part of cars central to our team's racing and rallying history. We've taken some time to revisit some of these parts we made over the years and decided to update some with new designs. The inner rod portion of the rod used in this front tension rod set is forged, yet offered at reasonable prices with new manufacturing technologies possible today. Designed with the same durability in mind for rallyists as well as racing enthusiasts, the tension rods will help retain the critical front wheel alignment under loads, and offer adjustments beyond the factory fixed positions to cater the response and precision of the vintage cars. It is part of a critical suspension system upgrade for the classic cars, to ensure it is both competitive, and in tune with modern tacitly. Cusco Rear Upper Arm for Toyota 86/Subaru BRZ/Scion FR-S (ZN6/ZC6) also fits Subaru WRX (GVB, GRB, VAB) Increasing the vehicle track width with low offset wheels can lead to a number of issues like off-center loading, and alignment swing arc. To do this properly without losing suspension capability and effectively enhancing performance with wider track, Cusco has created a number of components. For the rear, we have an adjustable upper and lower arm set which enable just that. These not only allow proper loading of rear suspension, brakes, and hub components, it will allow a wider choice of wheel and tire widths to be properly set. Suggested use with other Cusco suspension parts to allow maximum adjustment range and bushings/joint loading characters. Wide Body Done Properly With Street Wide-body applications the Cusco upper arm will allow for the same benefits as above, but in addition, enable perfect fender to tire fitment via adjustability without use of spacers for up to 15mm adjustment in inward and outward hub offsets. This without having more ideal camber and caster settings when used with other Cusco rear suspension components to retain proper alignment settings for safety. And durable, fracture resistant steel pipe materials help to ensure long-term use.
