Here's a picture of some food I cooked and ate sometime last week🤷🏻♀️ a bunch of you asked for the recipe for these roasted red potatoes & carrots, and it's basically the easiest thing ever👉🏼 cut up potatoes and carrots, drizzle with @chosenfoods avo oil, season with pink salt, cracked black pepper, and dried basil, then mix em up and roast in the oven at 450 for like 40ish minutes or so until potatoes are slightly browned, stirring ever so often as the roast. Easy peasy. Use your fav seasonings instead or just a blend of whatever you have!
