Happy Valentine’s Day ❤️ I’m starting off the last day of my 20s with one of my favorite breakfast combos, a mini personal brussels sprouts, red onion, and parmesan frittata and avocado toast with tomato slices all topped with red pepper flakes 😋

When you finish a meal and instantly wish you were eating it again 😍 What’s #inmybowl - gluten free cauliflower parm (I’ll link to the original recipe in my stories; I just subbed in GF bread crumbs) and @eatbanza chickpea cavatappi with brussels sprouts in a garlicky parmesan sherry wine sauce topped with red pepper flakes and a little extra sprinkle of parm.
