Not bad for a first attempt at making mysost with @scubenza. After saving the whey from making ricotta @blacksheepbuffalo this week, we spent yesterday reducing it for a few hours, then adding some heavy cream to make CHEESE! Today, as a treat for our efforts, Scuba made us pasta with melted mysost and English peas. We also had some mysost with rye toast and strawberry jam. To finish, Scuba made fried milk! It was a great day, and I wouldn't have it any other "whey" (😹😹 get it!? Cause cheese) #goodfriends #goodcompany #cheese #cheesy

Chocolate Coffee Tart. I've been thinking a lot about reducing food waste lately. Yesterday morning, after making a pot of coffee, I couldn't bring myself to throw out the grounds.
