The Veggie Sandwich at our Ponce City Market location is made with Beets that are dried and cured in very similar manner to our Biltong! This alongside Fontina cheese, Frisée, Spicy Mustard, all served on Rye bread makes for a sandwich that tastes even better than it sounds !

It’s a beautiful day outside and there’s no better time for a Paloma! Our house Paloma is served on draft and during the preparation of the cocktail we clarify citrus for a cleaner taste and to achieve that beautiful color. This process is accomplished by juicing fresh citrus and loading it into a centrifuge that we have in house. This machine spins the citrus and thousands of revolutions a minute, causing the pulp of the citrus (which contains a lot of the color) to be pulled out of the liquid itself. The result is a juice like grapefruit (pictured below) taking on a much lighter color. We hope that the effort we put into each drink is reflected in just how delicious each sip is, Cheers! 📷: @czech1_2
