#EliteSpotlight: Four-time champ @swisssilverbullet first victory in Boston came in 2015. Then after setting a course record and world best in 2017 (1:18:04), Hug went on to become @wmmajors Series X champ, and repeated feat in 2018. Hug returns to Boston this April. #Boston2019

There's nothing quite like your Boston debut! In today's @abbottglobal Runners Lounge, we're talking about the first time you ran from Hopkinton to Boston. What do you remember most? Or, what are you most excited for? #Boston2019

#RoadToBoston, presented by @citgopetroleumcorporation this week is about Saturday races on marathon weekend. Be sure to check out the #BAA 5K, Invitational Miles, and Relay Challenge, and get yourself hyped up for your race on Monday. #Boston2019

In just two months, the start line will have a fresh look, and ready to welcome 30,000 athletes. Who’s excited? #Boston2019

#CharitySpotlight: Last November, Kailey LaFlamme’s daughter, Libby, was born and immediately rushed into Boston to the NICU at @tuftsmedicalcenter. Due to unforeseen complications, Libby’s brain was deprived of blood and oxygen during birth. Through her eventful stay, Libby underwent many treatments and was under close care by the doctors, nurses, and staff. “I feel so fortunate to be able to show my appreciation and gratitude for all they have done for our family through my fundraising efforts, and when I cross the finish line this April,” #Bostonf2019 #GivingBack

#TBT: Marilyn Bevans finished top 10 for three straight years, and was runner-up in 1977. That year, she was ranked 10th in the world by Track and Field News Magazine. Bevans was inducted into the #NationalBlackMarathonersAssociation Distance Runner Hall of Fame in 2013, as part of its first class of inductees. #BlackHistoryMonth

#QualifierSpotlight: She’s a mother of three, and tried several times to make it to Boston. On her 8th attempt, channeling #yukiKawauchi and @des_linden, Suzuka Hetterich put all the excuses behind her and finally qualified. “I want to enjoy every mile and celebrate every minute of my training”. #Boston2019

#VolunteerSpotlight: Join us in thanking local running clubs, who will be spending time before #Boston2019 stuffing participant packets for 30,000 entrants. #GivingBack #UnicornNation

#EliteAthleteSpotlight: @jordanhasay not only managed 3rd in #Boston2017, but she recorded the fastest women’s marathon debut in US history (2:23:00). Hasay returns to Boston as part of the @johnhancockusa Elite Athlete Team this year, and is aiming for another podium finish!

It’s another @AbbottGlobal #RunnersLounge, and we’re talking about long runs! What’s your key to increasing your mileage? Training programs call for all sorts of distance runs on the weekend - what gets you ready for the long and winding road? #Boston2019

When you wake up and see this, how can you not have a great weekend of running? #Boston2019 #unicornnation

#CharitySpotlight: After Melissa Strazzullo’s father had a stroke in 2017, and seeing him struggle so much, she was determined to help raise awareness for stroke victims and survivors. This year, she will be running #Boston2019 for @tedysteam in honor of her father Daniel, who passed away in December. “I know that he’s my guardian angel pushing me along my marathon journey, and I know for sure he’s incredibly proud.”
