I went ahead and made that Vegan Chocolate cake real quick before work 😅😂😂 All from scratch I'm definitely gonna start making Avocado desserts more often. This cake only has, Flour, Sugar, Cocount sugar, Cocao powder, 1 avocado, vanilla extract, olive oil, water and chia seeds. The icing is just powdered sugar, plant milk and vanilla extract and 100% cocao powder and a bit of olive oil. It's way more fudgy than I thought it was gonna be. I love experimenting with baking.

This may make you feel uncomfortable. If it does then you probably feel discomfort when saying it to others too. The first time I did this over a year ago, it sparked an unhealed wound and I just released a rush a tears that felt like pain was leaving my body. The pain in my soul from treating myself so poorly for years. From putting everyone first but myself. Who wants to come face to face with that. But I am proud to say that I am healed and I am full of Love. I am happy, full, and complete. Most importantly. I am enough.
