The title of my new story will be called “On the Run”. It’s a mix between mystery, thriller, drama, action, & romance. I don’t want to give away too many details just yet, but for now: Leaving your family’s wealth behind, you’re determined to make it on your own. After grinding on the streets to save enough money for college, you move across the country for a fresh start where no one knows you. *Wipes sweat* I’ll be joining the “Clue Writers Contest” (mystery themed). So while I was writing “Rising Star”, I had a dream and came up with this concept that I really thought would make a good episode story. So I was planning the details out for a couple of months but only recently started actually working in the portal with it. Many of you have gotten hints if you’ve watched me when I go on Instagram Live that I wanted to take a different turn in my next story & go for a drama, mystery, action with some romance drizzled on kinda theme. Also, many of you have noticed slower updates lately & have been suspicious of me working on another story. I had no plans of sharing this story anytime soon & wanted to wait until I finished Rising Star bc I hate having to bounce between two stories at once. I’ve been dying to join a contest & with Rising Star starting to wrap up, I felt like this was my chance. But I wanted to share with you that I’ll be going back & forth between these stories so this will be my reason for slower updates on Rising Star. Also, the school year is winding down & finals are coming up so that’s only adds to the chaos. But yeah, I’ll still be working on Rising Star, no worries, but I felt like you guys deserve to know that my time writing is being spent between two stories right now. Im super excited for this story & I’ll be continuing to share more details with you as the deadline gets closer.
