Great to see this beautiful restaurant earn its second @michelinguide ⭐️ recently. And now, exciting news that the main dining room will be going full tasting menu beginning May 6th.
It’s always fun to visit with the team at @elevenmadisonpark with the changing of the season’s menu. But lately, I’m particularly struck with how much fun they are having with @peconic_escargot snails! From the grilled snail course on Winter menu to this springs course of snails cooked in a beautiful bundle of roasted lettuces, presented and cut open table side then plated for serving. Very cool!
Thrilled to be a part of the newly relaunched and very spiffy looking @latimes @latimesfood section this week! A feature on veggie forward Passover recipes from the always amazing @adeenasussman (so excited for her forthcoming cookbook) and some great LA chefs. Such a fun and colorful shoot - and a pleasure to work w my friend and newly minted Cooking Editor @genevieve_ko and the dynamic styling duo of @jamiekimm and @maya___rossi.

Travelled to the beautiful @twinfarms estate in Barnard, VT last year to photograph the work of Chefs @chefnathanrich and @baconmycake for the latest issue of @artculinairemagazine. Here’s the “Whole World in My Hands” dessert from @baconmycake featuring a bourbon glace ball wrapped in nasturtium petals, hidden beneath the chocolate dome.

I had a great time at the Conference last year talking about Food Styling and Cookbooks with Chef @alexstupak. Visiting @bodegamontsecano, hidden away on a dusty road in Las Dichas, Chile is like stepping into a little slice of timeless paradise. @juliodonoso is making some beautiful, fresh and juicy wines - they went beautifully with a lunch of @victoriablamey salt baked palometa fish on Julio’s sun dappled patio. Tooling around on Julio’s new ATV was a fun little bonus!

Grilled Belon Oysters at @cherrypointnyc from Chef @ed.z.szymanski. Had a great meal there last week, enjoyed the hearty but refined gastropub food and fun wine list! They got 2 stars last week from @nytimes @pete_wells and I’d been hearing good things for a while. If you’re a Greenpointer, you’re lucky to have it nearby!
