A year ago we made the change from compostable straws to completely eliminating straws in all 3 of our cafes. . This move has kept about 50,000 STRAWS out of the waste stream. We recognize this impacts our guests and are grateful for the support we’ve experienced over the year. BTW, we happily offer compostable straws to people with mobility challenges. . We continue to evolve and ask ourselves how we can operate in a more sustainable way.
