Tenute Mazzolino’s roots are certainly Italian but their soul seem to belong to France, they created their little piece of Burgundy in the Oltrepò Pavese to produce a incredibly balanced Chardonnay with all the right flavours. They make a mean Pinot Noir too!
Been eating Spaghetti alle Vongole every single Christmas’ Eve while staying home with my parents. Must be the reason why this recipe holds now such a celebrative feel for me. no matter if now my tagliolini are squid inked and I splash with white vermouth instead of wine, every time I eat or cook it, it’s a festivity all over again
