LOCAL in February?!?! YES! 👍🏼 We get this question a lot. We partner with @tscreamery in Pennsylvania to bring you year-round local dairy products. 🥛 Trickling Spring Creamery was found in 2001 by two friends whose aim was to produce fresh, exceptional-tasting dairy products while promoting local farms. Currently partnered with 32 family farms across PA, TSC has strict guidelines requiring farms to maintain grass-fed, heritage breed cows, produce clean milk, and use no synthetic hormones. Their products are minimally processed using low-temperature pasteurization and simple ingredients. Keany carries Whole Milk, Skim Milk, Half&Half, and Pequea Plain Yogurt! 🐮

You may recognize @chefmarjie from @bravotopchef or from her talent in various DC-restaurants, including her current residency at @st.anselm_dc. It was a simple and exciting choice to make Marjorie our Featured Chef for yet another time. Chef Marjorie says “there are three things that are most important to me—keep the menu interesting and consistent, source the best ingredients, and have a good team.” While she boasts many accolades, her favorite was receiving three stars from @tomsietsema of the @washingtonpost before St. Anselm’s even opened.
