Pan fried then baked roasted garlic and herb chicken thighs with roasted garlic parmesan cauliflower and steamed carrots + broccoli. So good! Dinner earlier tonight :)
Breakfast this morning was super quick and easy before work and my loves daycare. 1 egg and 2 tbsp egg whites scrambled with ground Turkey and a side of salsa !
Last night i indulged in pizza for dinner.... I made 3 homemade pizzas 😍 The first photo is a keto crust (mozzarella, garlic powder, onion power ground unblanched almonds, and an egg) seriously one of the best crusts topped with pizza sauce, Brooklyn pepperoni, chorizo, onions, mozzarella cheese and tomatoes with herbs and garlic powder on top The second photo is my cheese stuffed homemade no rise no-knead crust also super good, topped with pizza sauce, ham, Brooklyn pepperoni, green and red peppers, onions, mozzarella cheese and tomatoes with herbs over the top. The third photo is same dough as the second but not cheese stuffed half is topped with bbq sauce, chorizo, green peppers, onions and cheese and the other half is pizza sauce, red peppers, ham, pepperoni, chorizo, and cheese :)
I've taken a break from posting but I'll post a few food from the last couple days :) A few days ago i made a fruit platter with yogurt and then had scrambled egg, ham, onions, zucchini and peppers :)
Ham veggie wrap with garlic hummus and salsa! And some.dried beets, then a little leftover soup also :) Alfalfa sprouts, spring mix(spinach, arugula, red leaf), carrots, avocado, onion and garlic hummus :)
I am leaving tomorrow morning for vacation!! So I won't be posting any homemade meals, sorry,but I will get right back on track when were home. Ill post some stuff while there :)
My house got the flu virus bad this past week! It was brutal. My oldest son got it the worst😫 💙 So we have just been having a lot of simple light foods to try and keep down. Last night I was able to make a bit fuller soup! I bought some turkey legs and made a turkey noodle veg soup! * * Carrots, onions, garlic, celery, mushrooms, egg noodle/fibre fusilli noodles, spinach, fresh parsley, turkey legs. * Spices-- garlic powder, thyme, basil, ginger, salt & pepper, chicken bouillon (just a small amount as you get a good flavour already from the turkey and veg stock) * Book turkey legs with celery, onions, and garlic. Once half cooked (15 min) take out and cut the meat off the bone. Put the bones and meat all back into the stock! Add your cut up veggies except for the spinach an mushrooms! Boil all together for 30 minutes add your noodles boil until near cooked then add mushrooms and spinach. * Done! Enjoy with fresh dinner buns :)
Breakfast earlier this morning for my boys and I :) I had mostly egg whites with sole egg yolk an put hemp hearts all over our boiled eggs, and rice cake with organic peanut butter with hemp hearts on top, toast and oranges :) Lots of water also I didn't eat this all either, it was a lot for me lol!!
Dinner tonight was Marinated garlic and herb chicken breast pan fried then baked with bbq sauce, over basmati rice, corn, and herb broccoli My hubby and kids had homemade rotini noodles with my homemade cheese sauce which they also had over their broccoli :)
Breakfast this am (830) Turkey bacon, scrambled spinach, egg white and 1 yolk with almond milk, and piece of toast half with organic peanut butter. Then a side of cantaloupe plus my daily apple cider vinegar and vitamins. 4 cups water so far
Dinner last night was super easy! My body has been killing me from my workouts at home! Turkey smoked farmers sausage with zucchini, peppers, mushroom, onions, garlic and herbs over veggie fiber noodles with some olive oil :)
Had usual apple cider vinegar this am again then Breakfast was a organic peanut butter protein bar and a bunch of water.. I wasn't very hungry! Then lunch is left over chicken, a tossed broccoli kale salad i made last night, spinach and garlic craxkers and dill and onion thin crips with garlic hummus. :) 5 cups of water so far today. I wake up at 4am :)
Dinner :) Herb roasted Purple, yellow, and red potatoes and sweet potatoes with baked garlic and herb(also crushed red chilli peppers and parsley) Parmesan chicken breast over a bed of roasted red peppers. Then sides was baby corn, grilled zucchini and a kale broccoli slaw i made with cranberries, pumpkin seeds and a light dressing. :)
I haven't posted in a bit! I had 2 tbsp organic apple closer vinegar then Breakfast was a piece of toast with organic natural peanut butter, a banana, and small amount of lactose free yogurt with granola in it! Then this was lunch, left over turkey chilli, a veggie maple honey turkey breast wrao with hummus, dried beets, rice crackers and a mango. I shared the crackers and soup with my kids :) And also had 8 cups of water today.. Normally i have more but was in town and forgot my water!!
