The passion for the sport of running knows no bounds. All winter long we have had the wonderful opportunity to have a front row seat to some of the best young athletes in running compete at the @ArmoryNYC. Today was the Armory Youth Championships and these young athletes showed out and heated up the track. Swipe ⬅️ to check out some memorable moments from the day. #NYRRYOUTH20
This Saturday, thousands of runners will lace up in Al Gordon’s honor for the NYRR Al Gordon Brooklyn 4M. Gordon was an NYRR board member and benefactor who started running marathons in his 80s! 😲 He exercised regularly until the end of his life in 2009 - at age 107. Talk about truly embodying NYRR’s #RunForLife motto! Give us a 💪 if you’ll be there this Saturday. #MondayMotivation #AlGordon4M
